NO MORE GAMBLING: My new addiction and pics. PAIN.... 500 miles one week...
Some of ya may know that in order to kick my gambling addicition ive take up exercising as my new addiciton to replace it with. In the last 9 months ive lost around 20 pounds. Not much really.. But ive gained a lot of muscle.
Just like my gambling I go hard and extreme. I just got done with three organized bike rides two long distance rides and one race.. Im doing a Iron Man next week.. Im still fat yeah I know.. But im getting fucking strong and I feel great. http://a63.ac-images.myspacecdn.com/...91906983f6.jpg |

Ive also been getting back into MMA fighting as well.
Its something I used to do some 7 years ago.. You probably rememeber some of the old pics I used to post of the "Family" in the cage matches.. Well no more cage matches for me. But ive been training. On the mat. Doing submission fighting. (no contact) All grapple and ground fighting. Too old and wife wont let me do full contact. |

Very cool! Do you also weight train since you do a lot of cardio? I know that people who do too much cardio usually get a higher BF % for the same weight because they don't lift weights.

You'll get ripped within months at this pace. You said you also do grappling which is very demanding. Do you roll with a gi or no-gi?
Also, did you make changes to your diet? If you don't have a nutritionist, I would suggest you taking a look at John Berardi's stuff. But I dont drink anymore, smoke, do coke or drugs.. Im all clean and healthy.
Only problem is I eat too much still. And even thought its not McDonalds shit, its still not the best. Quiznos seems to be the drug of Choice. That and Sushi. |

Congrats! I used to race bikes (both mountain and road) for years, and they were some of the best years of my life. Definitely one of the coolest sports to participate in, and a great fucking workout.
