after they completely screwed our webmasters stats we switched over to ccbill.. ibill = one big headache

ibill emailed us this morning and DEMANDED that we show proof of 18+ age on one of our sites, model licenses,etc etc...

only good thing about ibill is that they do not know how to count. This is obvious since my last check from them was over 2500 dollars more than it should have been :)

Time to bash IBill? I'm here.

How about customer support? It took us nearly two days to get IBill to set up a new site for us.

Our rep? Not once has he returned my emails or my phone calls. Not once.

Now they aren't paying us our 900 sales because Worldcom went belly up. I have a contract with IBill - Not Worldcom - and it's not my problem. IBill owes us tens of thousands of dollars. I'm paid on commission; This came out of my pocket.

Try CCBill.

I've never been happier with any billing company other than GLO-BILL. The rest suck goat ass.

Every other company out there provides a much better service. We have tried many of them and are very pleased with Netbilling. However, any will do a better job than Ibill.

Mikeee - Which companies have you used? If you say "the rest suck", you must have used them all?

This is a serious question - Why would anyone still use Ibill with all of the constant problems and horrible support?

I second that emotion.. Even as an affiliate I cringe when I'm confronted with an iBill login. Switch to CCBill now.
