Convert .mov to .wmv?
 

Can anyone tell me of a program (Windows) that will convert Quicktime .mov clips to Windows Media .wmv clips?
Even if it takes two steps, like .mov to realplayer and then realplayer to windows media I'm interested...
Or hell even something that will play and clip .mov files.

I've got a nearly 3 minute .mov file that I need to chop up.
