I am looking for a designer that accepts payment via paypal. We are looking for 1 warning page, 1 splash, 2 tour, 1 member's area menu, 1 join, 1 links page/2257 page, 1 tgp page and 5 banners. We are looking to spend around $500 to $700. Payment will be made in two installments (1st before starting the project and upon completion). Please send me samples of your work @ [email protected].
