Fact: My puppy gets the hiccups when she eat from the cats litterbox.

The cat eats Purino Pro and the litter is that pricey ass Fresh Step dry clumping stuff.

Any tips on how to cure her hiccups?

I tried scaring them out of her but the firecracker didn't do much but singe my carpet.

Help. :(

There's a kit you can buy for that.

It has a cat-sized enema bag and Bendex nozzle.

Read the instructions carefully and be sure to wear the latex gloves.
