Lately, I go to the gym. Constructive, and gets a lot of frustration out and makes me almost mild when I go home, lol.

actually live on the bottom of a mountain in the coastal range so i hop on the quad and go for a rip for a couple hours .. takes my mind of the crap that consumes me ....for a while anyway ..then for some reason i have to open this laptop up and get back to work .. ghey

i call up my old buddy i grew up with. we'll head up to the old 1800's family cabin thats 10 miles from anywhere in the middle of the wilderness. light up a bonfire, kill a fatty of sky vodka, and howl at the moon all night. if that doesn't clear your mind for at least a day nothing will.

I hardly ever feel down and out. It's all about mindset and I dont focus on what I dont HAVE but rather what I DO have. This works in all areas of our lives. That doesnt mean shit doesnt happen cause it does and it always will. If I dwell on it or continue to bitch about how shitty things are I am just feeding on negative energy, which never accomplishes anything. Doing that only brings you closer and closer to giving up and the more you get into these situations and only reflect on the negative you are setting yourself up for harder and harder falls. Its like a drain that slowly clogs, if you dont take care of it in time its going to get to big and cause the drain to fail all together.
Problems are not big, we just make them that way. Find new patterns of thinking... Find new addictions... There is no such thing as no hope... |

seriously when i feel down -- i just go to a park and watch children playing. They're such a relief in my eye - knowing that children doesn't have problems right? While at the park, i'll just popped some chips and drink soda! And most importantly, I'll just think that there's a lot more people who have complicated and severe problems than I.:thumbsup
