What are some of the most effective/reliable online marketing companies?
 

I'm looking to spend $1500 but I don't want a bs company that doesn't like to do work.

"Online marketing" is kinda vague... What do you want them to do?

I think you are basically looking for a company to guarantee you will make money and frankly you could pay 1500 and earn nothing. My advice would be to do as much promotion on your own for free and that way you arent expecting to make a certain amount each month. try myspace with non nude banners etc.
