Who does high end mainstream design work? Need templates/custom work

Depends on how much you are looking to spend. I can hook you up with 2 or 3 of the best, but expect to spend at least $20k once all is said and done.

Where did you get that 20k figure from? Is that a minimum spending requirement?

No, $20k is just the typical amount that they would charge a client for a full high-end design; depending on the specifics of your project, they may charge you more or they may charge you less. I don't think either one of them have a "minimum spending requirement".
