This is Incorrect & epoch is aware - this has been brought to their
attention many times a customer does Not need to cancel 24 hours prior to the trial ending.

I can't believe I didn't catch this before but maybe it had something to do with being up at 1am

49th you waited 5 days 27-31 you joined a 4 day free trial cross sale and canceled on the 5th day.

In any case epoch is working on it and it is in there legal dept.

I felt this thread warranted its own rebuttal

Roger...my only post...I don't want to drag this further... thanks for your post...I guess the confusion is in what makes up 4 days...2 ways to look at it...27 to 28th, 28th to 29th, 29th - 30th, 30th - 31st - 4 days. or 27,28,29,30 - 4 days. To test the cancellation process, I cancelled a couple of hours prior to the sign-up time. i.e. if I signed up on 10 p.m. on the 27th, I cancelled at 8:00 p.m. on the 31st.

Both types of counting are used frequently both in and out of the adult industry- the calendar day and the 24 hour day - so there is certainly nothing wrong with epoch using the calendar day method...I interpreted (apparently mis-interpreted) that you used the 24 hour day - for a total of 96 hours ...
