Credit Cards direct with the bank
 

Does anyone here operate their own credit card billing directly with the bank? I'm looking for a solution that avoids 3rd party processors such as CCBill.

It's often hard to get approved as a merchant when you are a small/medium sized adult site, which is why all those 3rd party billers exist.

Unless you are doing 10-100k a month guaranteed, you are S.O.L. a lot of the time.
