Not always. The decoy casually chats with their target for quite awhile (days, weeks...), and then when it gets close to show time the decoy pressures the guy to come for sex.

This is coercion and it's illegal if the police do it, but authorities seem to think it's ok since Perverted Justice are the one's doing it for them. There was one judge who didn't like this whole thing, so he threw all of the arrests out.

Obviously some of these guys are quite fucked up, but others you get the feeling wouldn't have ever done such a thing if it were not for the decoy playing them like a harp.

That's my problem with this. The police can't do this stuff. Now why is that? Because we are a nation of LAWS and EQUAL JUSTICE. Yet the police circumvent the laws by using non-police to do police work. I have the same issue with bounty hunters. Well when those in charge of enforcing the laws don't have respect for them then it shouldn't shock you that we live in a society that doesn't respect the law either. Those in charge of enforcing the law should have a HIGHER standard than normal people. If if those in law enforcement think that's unfair mybe they should look for other employment.
