Offshore/Outsourced designers spam me with your rates

Im NOT looking for hourly rates or 6/mo+ agreements.

I need some basic design work done, no php or programming needed, just straight web design.

a bunch of landing pages for various verticals (home improvement, mortgage/loan, real estate, doctors, etc...)

mircosites for a number of projects - basically just 1 "template" that has 3 tabs (home, about us, something else, etc.)

then some adult site stuff if i get around to it, but its not a priority as the stuff above is.

I have the designs either on paper or examples of other sites. I would need the design done (some creativity invovled) and the pages cut up into html.

and rates ...since I need money much and I live in polish shithole I will work for $6-8/h but I think that a better option would be a payment for the work done for both sides, we can talk about the details on icq tomorrow :) It's 2 am here so I going to bed very soon...
