Sorry to burst your bubble but I'm guessing you're going to have a hard time finding hosting. JFPDude is a straight shooter and ProHosters is a good host.

Perhaps you just ought to look at all of the different host websites and pick a list of hosts that have pricing which works for you... and then ask about THOSE hosts.
