I recognize the cabbie from some show, or movie but it's been driving me nuts for a week. Someone know who it is, or what show/movie he's from?!?!?

Cab driver Doug Wilson was played by actor Dave Sheridan. Sheridan portrayed the same character in the 2001 movie Ghost World.
