I'm looking into the blocked countries right now - trying to see if there is any reason why I would want to keep this checked.

I have no idea why they are blocking Israel...Afganistan a a bunch of other countries aren't blocked...

Alright I read the FAQ's and Manuals inside CCBill and can't find any reason not to - so i've opened us up to the "blocked countries"

Also sending an emaill to CCBill - hopefully they will post on the board tomorrow - to clarify this so other programs will open this up.
