I haven't even had time to finish my sites and I get visitors from Google.

This is the first time I'm getting Google hits and I've no clue why they are coming from Google and not Yahoo like I'm used to

so true. I have NO clue at times how google has indexed my site and is sending visitors to it. I don't complain and I just take the sweet traffic.

i think google did some changes lately (i think i have read it somewhere)... google is acting a bit weird for me since last week (from top 1 position to page 25 up and down :error:helpme)

google will give you some love at the beginning, then knock you out for a long time, then eventually it'll let you creep back in if you're worthy.
