that and top chef are the only shows i strive to watch anymore...

No seriously! What I don't get is why "reality" shows have nothing to do with reality. If any boss acted like that they would be fired or out of business, because no one would bother working for them.

Don't worry about the workers, have you heard how he talks to the customers when they come up and complain.

i have to admit i get addicted to these stupid reality shows..

i suppose it is a contest but nobody could run a kitchen like that..

sometimes he leaves his customers hungry after 1 1/2 hrs then closes the kitchen. i would be back there with an uzi and a plate if i was a customer..
