can someone explain to me why people always share rooms at shows?

why not just buy a room for yourself? why sleep with another, especialy random (not your friend) guy next to you? or is it not enough fun? or is the price the factor?

It's a chance to make a new friend in the biz though. But I don't think that is the main factor, it's probably the price. Also if you haven't been to many shows getting an offer of splitting a room with someone more experienced in that field could also be a factor since you would have someone to "hang with".

Unless you plan on having sex why not share a room? Why waste money on a room you only sleep in?

Franck didn't want to hang out with me in Amsterdam, I don't think he'd want it in Miami :(

After a 2k emergency surgery for our dog KellyK & I are looking for a room to crash in or share as well :( Hit me up, thanks :) We're clean, well groomed and dislike cloudy days and mean people.

1: I think hotels are a total waste of money. You pay 100's a night just to sleep. I rather spend it on food, the city, going out and whatever else im doing there. And 2 its more fun to hang with 1 or 2 people during the show.
