Its not really 'motivational' but Eckharte Tolle books on tape will change your outlook completely if you let it sink in. You can pick up everything he's done on torrent.

The Power of Now saved my sanity ... it really does change your life if you are open to it when you read it.

I have also gotten a lot from the Celestine Prophecy even though its fiction.

I'm not much for motivational books like those crazy people on tv who carry on about how great life could be if you had all the material goods you wanted. All those programs do is make you an arrogant money grabber & in 10 years you'll be miserable instead of unmotivated.

Just read as many books as you can & find what works for you ...

Think and Grow Rich is a good book by Nappy.

My girlfriend just read The Secret and was describing it to me. A lot of the ideas sounded extremely similar to Hill. To me, it seems like all of the motivational and spiritual books all have the same core ideas, they simply repackage those ideas to cater to a specific audience. They're good ideas, don't get me wrong, just all very similar.
