Bills Bar isnt bad by Fenway...I dont know what you are looking for though.

try The Big Easy in the alley or Tequila Rain on Landsdowne street - tequila rain also turns into jillians and lucky strike.
anything more specific on what kinda bar you're looking for? just stay the hell away from faneuil hall.. fucking tourists.
