Well I just moved over to a blackberry... really didn't want to but the curve is so nice.

ive got a blackberry world edition - i like the gmail app from google - i forward all my email to a gmail address for ease of use
what app are you using for ICQ? |
I just got a curve too. Interested to see what other apps people suggest.
|
I'm getting a blackberry and would definitely like to find out if it supports ICQ.
|
I'm trying to find a good icq/msn program, i used to use verichat but it's no longer available.

ICQ works great. Check for the curve.... I have an older BB. |
Bookmarking this page. There are still some things I can do (post on certain boards, do some web based mailing, etc.). But I swear I LOVE the thing. And I'm hooked on that freaking brick game. I'm such a 12 year old... I just need to stop writing so many long text. It's just so great to be able to RIGHT STUFF OUT instead of "r u cmng 2 din?"

What other aps do you guys use? |
the official msn and icq are out for blackberry .. we just have to wait for the service books to be pushed ... should be fairly soon, providing our providers dont screw us

The new media manager packed with the Desktop Manager update was pretty slick...
I use the chat prog that came loaded on my Blackberry, and it's pretty decent, supports ICQ, MSN, AIM, and Yahoo I believe... I only use MSN and ICQ on it. The maps download is a def must have... |
does skype run on it?
|
I don't use my BB any more, but there was an SSH/Telnet client that was a godsend.
|
yeah that maps program has helped me out on a few occasions while driving
|
I was driving out of town recently and apparently had the wrong directions typed into the GPS. I was able to Google the place on the BB and put the right address into the GPS. More importantly, when I'm sitting in an airport reading, I can Google all the words I don't know :)
Seriously, going from a RAZR to the Curve is like going from a Yugo to a Benz. |
I was thinking about this one as well. I think I go for the samsung I600 tho...(called blackjack in the USA)
