Does anybody know which is the best Adult ad network which paying more than $6 CPM for PopUnders and over $1.5 CPM for US/UK/Canada?

We have something like 100M daily impressions to deliver, we would like to know which ads group is the best in order to work with her. We would like to start with $6.00 PopUnders and $1.50 Regular Banners on a CPM basis.
