I dont think that it is as simple as buying traffic and making sales. Is there a "how to" guide on buying traffic before I loose my ass spending money on something that will not convert?

Don't go purchasing traffic if you don't have alot of money. Start doing submissions with chameleon.. You will get more quality traffic and it will pay off. Any more questions icq me

Hey man its looking pretty good. You might want to add a few more suggestive larger images to the front page of your site. The top 800px or so of your site is the best real estate on there, make sure its eye-catching and really makes the surfer want to continue through your site

what sort of return on investment is there for these things!

When i started out and purchased traffic , because alot of people told me it would convert , i tried it out and it didn't convert i got a few sales but not as much as i spent. So i started looking around and took someones advice and started submitting and thats when it started to take off. The best thing for a site i could be wrong , but i think it is submitting gallerys because it is more targeted and better quality just my :2 cents:

we dont have a lot of trafic but we are getting about 2 a buys a day! we open june 27 and have had 67 new joins. now if i had some traffic Wow:)

go with choker, dont try trafficholder, it sucks

Just buying traffic isn't the answer. You need to set up trades and feed them traffic. Another option is buying hardlinks and try to upgrade the PR of your website. Think before you start buying traffic.
