Once you get used to the extra space you'll never look back. I have a hard time using less than a 2 monitors setup now.

I'm with ya, I've got 4 going through synergy, 5 when I can kick my girl off her computer... its becoming a problem.

Yeah, you should be able to get cards you can slot in to run up to 4

isn't the text a little too small to read at that resolution... maybe i just have bad eyes

I'm also on a 1680x1050 LCD but keep browser windows at ~1100x800, no point in wasting all the desktop realestate on just one app.

I wear reading glasses most of the time that I am working.
