How much is worth 3 letter domain? Like w5s {dot} com. Something with number in it...

Depends on the meaning too. 666.com or 911.com must be worth more.

i made an example, w5s.com, x5s.com etc...

any domain is worth as much as someone wants to pay for it...

I know thats used often but, if there's a company out there that can relate to the name then it's values gonna be 100x that of a domain where no company can, even if the second domain might seem better.

"World Wide Web Wireless Witchhunters" would have good use of www.w5s.com :thumbsup
