So David from ReviewCash signed the contract to sell his house for a bucketful last week, so he invited Mell and I down for dinner at the "House ReviewCash Built" before he has to pack his things and move onwards and upwards to buy more land and build his next mansion.

So here we are, quietly buzzed, sucking on Jim Beam and Cokes, watching the Wagyu Rump Steak sizzling on the BBQ, watching "Chef A La Monde" David buttering the corn cobs and frying up some onions as sides.

Dayum, our lives do not suck at all.
