I need a script written...anyone wanna give it a shot?

I am going to explain it here just to cut out the emailing back and forth and shit

What I need is this:

It is for rotating hard links across all my sites categorized into niches and also with multiple anchors for each link

ok, i will act as though I am setting it up for the first time

I want to be able to log into a control panel, click "add category" and then enter in "solo girls" and click enter. That created the category "solo girls" for me. Now I go and click on "solo girls" and it brings up a "add a link" section, I enter in the url that I am adding and to the right it says "what anchors?", that is where I enter in "solo girls, solo girl blog, all solo girls, solo girl porn"....and then I click "all done"

now, I go back to the main page of the control panel and select "grab link code", then it brings me to a page "what category do you need the link code for?" and I select "solo girls" and hit "submit"....this is where it gives me a php include code that I insert into the pages I want to display the solo girls links on

here is the important part

I go to my blog and put that code on the top, and when I go to the site I see the links I have entered for that category, but the anchors/linking text rotate every time I pull the page...and when I pull up the page source, it MUST be hardlinks, non of this javascript or not displaying the actual link

see here on http://black.thumblogger.com/ up top? how he has that on every page, I want that pretty much exactly, but I want rotating anchor text

if you have any questions ask me in here, I probably haven't thought this all the way through, but I have been wanting this for a long time and never got around to it

OH, and one more thing

the script can never display the link to the site it is currently on...so, if the link code is on fuckmehard.com, the link I put into the control panel for fuckmehard will never show up on that domain

well you could pay for it, or spend six minutes doing a search and get it for free...

How much? I'll do it!!

ok, let me put this another way

I have searched for a long while trying to find something even remotely similar to this, with no luck

if you help me out with a pre-written script that will do exactly this I will hook you up in some way

OH, one more thing, I need to be able to set how many links it displays, but I have to be able to set that in the php include string
