i live in a city of 150k + people and we do not have any mom and pop pizza shops :( only major chains

Agreed, the crust reminds me of the time I was going through a deep frying phase, and I deep fried a slice of bread in olive oil for a few seconds to see what would happen.

Best thing in these parts is "Di Amore's Pizza Connection." Guy used to fly his flour and water out from Boston. At $10 a head, it's not cheap eats, but it's good.

I ordered Domino's the other day and it made me sick. Arg, I should of called and complained and got a refund. However, I order a pizza like every two weeks and don't want the 6'5" black guy to rub his ass on my Philly Cheese Steak pizza next time I call in...

Sounds like it's time for you to bring one to your area. Local pizza shops are always the best, especially for calzones. Big chain stores always have shitty calzones. But, I tried this one local shop's calzone once, and I started eating those damn things like every other day for a month. Mmm...
