Howmuch worth site with fixed income of 30$?
 

Or generaly how do you define value of site who have fixed income?It doesnt matter is it 30$,100$ or 1000$ monthly income.

some people sell sites for 6 months income, others want 10+ years income for their domans like the *************** owner

there's no real standard, it depends how old the site is, what are the traffic sources, how much work it requires etc

Whatabout backlinks?If domain have 400$ worth backlinks,can that be added to final price?
