~Wikipedia Question~

Does Wikipedia track the ip's of contributors?

Or basically, if I wanted it to look like a bunch of different people had contributed to an article could I just create a bunch of different accounts or would I have to start using proxies for each diff account?

Wiki N3wbie here, any help appreciated :thumbsup

Umm, most important thing about Wikipedia is that they are totally anal about rechecking things, and they will shitcan any external links that aren't 100% valid and on point. Also, all of their links are "no follow" tagged, so Google ignores them.

I gently tried to put a couple of minor edits in to wikipedia and any links were removed within days, even on fairly obscure pages.
