Why do banks make it so difficult
 

I've been having a hell of a time getting a bank account set up for my company, thought Everbank was good for adult but just got denied.

Please recommend a good online based bank for an LLC that cn approve a company fast

right now we're just doing business through epass and other payment services and it's getting old fast

Do you just suck at life? It's really not that damned hard. Walk into a bank. You don't need to tell them you're raping donkeys, all you have to say is that your business is of an adult nature.

You don't even need to tell them it's an adult company. Just tell them you are a web designer, affiliate marketer, or any one of a number of vague online businesses.

at this point we are just going to walk into a branch, thought we could go the online route. Having the bank account in our state poses some problems though as the company is registered in another state and we want to avoid foreign corporation obligations

That's because you don't have online access to your account :)
It takes me up to 1 min. to send a wire.
