You would like Costa Rica. There are tons of gay guys there. Mainly from Canada.

There was a huge amount of excitement when the "boom" started - something 375 new highrise condo projects and a number of gated communities. A handful have failed. Some were scams from the start, and others were simply mismanaged. But, most are moving along, albeit somewhat slowly in many cases.
