What happens if mail gets blocked

So i send a mail and have all my incoming mail denied. Now the guy i sent it to has the same thing so the mail bounces from his server and the reject mail also bounces from my server. Now where does it go?

I mean its data. It cant just dissapear?

most mail servers are configured so they don't bounce an already bounced email.
If they do, it will get wiped after 7 days of failure anyway.

Who wipes it? Where? And when its wipes all the data is gone? Like completely gone?
