2257 - FSC alert? WTF?
So I just got an email with this header:
Member Advisory - 2257 Rules and Regulations to be Released Thursday, July 12, 2007 And no text. Does anyone know what this is referring to? Who's releasing what tomorrow??? |

Jeffrey Douglas, Free Speech Coalition Board Chair, and Reed Lee, FSC Legal Committee Chair and President of the First Amendment Lawyers Association, will discuss initial analysis of the regulations at the XBIZ Summer Forum 2257 Seminar, being held in Las Vegas this week, at 11:00am Thursday. FSC will communicate initial analysis of the Regulations as soon as they are released to our membership and the industry. FSC will continue to provide regular updates on the status of 2257 as the case unfolds through our weekly X-PRESS newsletter, e-mail advisories to our members, and posts to our website,” said Diane Duke, FSC Executive Director. “We are committed to providing accurate, up-to-date information to our members and the industry.” |
when they passed adams law there were changes made to 2257.I guess this is it.

I got 3 copies of that email and then the 4th one was blank.

All it does is give another round of the same thing that the FSC already covers in their injunction - with comments being due on this new "proposed rule" by Sept 10th - just another Gonzales attempt to get around the injunction and Sundance
