do you prefer diet softdrinks to regular soft drinks?
 

had my first normal, non diet coke today after atleast 3 years. totally used to diet coke, coke zero, etc.. but man, normal coke taste soo good!

it's all basically chemical poison with no nutritional merit either way

i prefer water or flavored water or juice....ill even take crystal light before soda...

I don't like non-diet because the sugar makes your teeth feel weird afterwards AND it'll rot your teeth over time. Diet Sodas don't fuck up your teeth, but aspartame isn't completely safe. Can fuck you up on many levels over time, but there are a lot of worse things you can do to yourself. Better to drink regular soft drinks with a straw, avoiding your teeth, and then not going too long without brushing afterwards.... if you want to be anal about it.

i've been drinking diet for the past 4 years. Ony time I have normal is a mixed drink if someone offers me one at a bar etc.

I dont drink pop, but I drink the shit out of energy drinks. And with those, I always get the low card, sugar free or diet ones because they don't taste as strong. Regular energy drinks give me that cramp in the back of my jaw like really dry wine, F that.

I love the taste of normal coke, but I rarely drink it.

I don't drink much soda, but when I do it's always the regular version.

Regular soda. I do like Diet Sunkist. It's really good. Need to drink more of that less Pepsi.

I've gotten used to diet coke over the last 2 years and now I cants stand regular.

Have them only once in a while but def reg over diet.

I like diet softdrinks more than regular lately...

diet softdrinks for me...i don't want regular soft drinks, i prefer, juice or fruit shake compare to that..

LOVE the taste of Diet Coke, especially as a mixer. Regular Coke and Pepsi (even Diet Pepsi) are far too sweet.

Rarely drink it I usually get an Iced Tea at restaurants, but if I had no choice I would go with non-diet. There's fucked up shit in diet cola, and I am an active enough person where it won't make a difference what I drink.

I dont drink pop/soda.. i had a g.f that suckered me into stop drinking it about 2 years back, & now whenever I taste it I cant stand it. It just feels so weird in my mouth with all the carbonation.... I'm glad she got me to stop though, I'm alot healthier.

With that said Normal soda tastes better then diet.

I like Coke Zero, but hate the taste of diet Coke! I will drink the reg Coke most times. That new coke with the vitamins added in taste nasty.

Coke Zero tastes almost exactly like regular Coke. I only drink Diet Coke whenever there's no Coke Zero.

When I drank softdrinks it was always Diet Pepsi or Sierra Mist Free.

For the most part I stay away from them these days. I stick to water or crystal lite in water or add a bit of lemon or lime juice, iced tea and occassionally coffee.

My son cut out softdrinks completely..in fact... any liquid calories and lost 30 lbs without changing anything else.
