does anyone have any direct phone number and name of any person from verotel who will be able to communicate with me? they owe me money for a long time and they ignore my emails and if i call them they always promise me to solve things and call me back, but they never do it......

I personally do not like to call them. Between their accents, and them speaking too fast. :winkwink: But I do get 99% resolved via live chat. Although I can't say I have had any real serious issues in the years with them.

I ICQ'd them I don't think they're on right now. I'm kinda bad of hearing so I don't call to people with any kind of accent.

I do not see them on right now either. But I see them around quite a bit throughout the day.

Michael is in Florida, so he should not be on Dutchie time.

hm people on live chat are not able to help me because i have problem with payments, they always tell me to write or call to the payments department.
the only person who picks up the phone at payments is jasper, but he always says "it will be done till the end of this week".... for over a year.... they owe me over $6k... fuck...

Nope. Those are the two I have talked with in the past. Normally 99% of my issues are resolved via live chat.
