What do you take, personally I think the muscle tech stuff is way overpriced so skip them, I'd like to add a diet pill to my current trimming stack of working out.

You can do one of the homemade EAC stacks for a diet pill. Ephedra (25 mg), aspirin (200 mg) and caffeine (325 mg), 1-2 a day, 2 weeks on, 1-2 weeks off. I used it and was able to drop a significant amount of weight, and it's a hell of a lot cheaper. You can find the Ephedra in a lot of over the counter antihistamines.

Yup the EAC stack is the way to go if you are in a cutting phase.

I found that an eca stack just made me have a headache and get jittery. I dropped it and just sucked back an iced coffee or something similar before a workout and saw no negative effects.

You are right about Muscle Tech. It's way too over priced and there are a lot of better options available. With muscle tech you are mainly paying for all of their magazine ads and a cool looking bottle.
