How often is the feed updated?

Actually the feed isn't something you can plug right into your site for free content... it's a link/add-to-my/bookmark for the http://blog.livecamnetwork.com that puts your link right into the viewer's bookmarks, so anytime it's updated and he clicks he's coming back on your link/code.

And it's updated about every day, or two - sometimes twice in one day.
