ok soooo i started my OWN site, my very own site, no bullshit this time around. but i dont know what the fuck im doing. someone please check it out and give me some ideas? this is my first post so i cant post the link but its HotAdri im sure you can find it. yeah yeah, dont hate ok? i know its funny im still trying! :helpme

Welcome aboard girlie. for a first time the site is not that bad. later on you want to work on the layout, but for a first timer it's pretty good I have seen some horrible first time sites out there the layout is all over the place the good thing is you kept everything in one spot so your eyes are not all over the screen, but as for help and support you have came to the right place.
and also since you weren't sure about your link to your site the good thing is you have it in your signature and that automatically makes it an active link for ya:thumbsup |

So what happened with your site www.sweetadri.com that melissa was doing with you? the layout of both sites look very similar. Are you Starting a new one under a slightly different name?

If you say on the site that you personally made it, you can get away without it looking professional. Youre an amateur, it looks amateur, that makes sense.
Your layout should be a little more consistant though. The three smaller pics in each scene container should be the same size. And sometimes they have a border and sometimes they dont. Try to be consistant. Also the colors could match better. Heres a couple useful online tools http://www.colorsontheweb.com/colorwizard.asp http://www.hypergurl.com/colormatch.php You might want to get someone who knows CSS to clean it up a little bit. Putting this code in your header (in between the head tags) will clean up the text a little bit. Leaving it up to the browser to display the default text style doesnt always look so good. Code:

LOL ok i got someone to help me out doing the layout and traffic and crap. the same people who do realpeachez.com and this new one hotadri.com is the only site that im on that i approve of, just so you know.
