I know someone purchased it about 5-6 months ago & it looked like it was doing good for a minute. Now their alexa is ranked in the 20k & no real site

20k Alexa is about 50-60k a day..Still decent sized if it's all type in's, and more than marketable if done right....which it hasn't been.

They probably make a decent return on their investment as is... I wouldn't be too surprised if they hold it for a year or 2, and then try to sell it for an easy few million $$ profit...
