Forums that import/export RSS feeds

Are there any forum platforms that a) import RSS feeds to post as threads and/or b) exports its threads in an RSS feed?

I know Invision's IP.Board does. The owner has to choose to enable these features, but it's built-in.

Why don't you use WordPress? You can make it show the comments right below the appropriate posts so it will work almost as a forum :2 cents:
