I finally break down and apply for a passport, pay the additional money for an "expedited" process, and the State Dept gets so backed up they can't give it to me within the month I paid for.

I wonder if they are offering refunds.

What you need a passporte for hick? You have everything you need in the us of a dont you? The rest of the world is a 3rd world country where people live in caves remember?
