Brain fart: Tax question
 

I can not remember the tax form to be filed by contractors so they can be 1099'd at the end of the year.

Trying to find a link to download one and am only coming up with the one to be filed by the company paying the contractor.

Anyone remember? I know some sponsors require them to be filled out, but I can't remember one of them either.

and the obvious and uncreative old age and senility jokes will commence in 10... 9... 8... 7...
