Adult Material Laws

hi there,

im very new to this and wanting to start up some things, i know some people interested in being some films and photos but not too sure on the laws for this kind of thing.

does anyone know where i can find these sorts of laws?

a friend told me for every person involed in any form of adult activity they must sign a contract stating that will be placed on the internet, along with a copy of there ID for proof of age.

Do anyone also know if these laws apply for public interaction?

example: if a girl exposes herself on the street to a camera?

thanks :pimp

Go to your local law library or search via google for United State Code Tittle 18 Section 2257. U.S.C 18 2257

or peep out United State Code Annotated (U.S.C.A) and United State Code Service (U.S.C.S) they are more used by lawyers than the original reporter.

I'm pretty much going to be accepted into law school next year so if you need some help for a small fee holla at my ICQ.

the truth is people can appear pro se if they know how to do legal research properly. Its pretty easy. So holla.

You never mentioned what country you were in. USA needs two forms of ID.

A typical modeling contract states you own the pictures/video and can use the images however you want. Trying to profit from pictures of naked girls without a contract is asking for trouble, imo. Or are you asking about whether you need contracts from people in the background?

Taking pictures of people in public places is legal in the U.S. Just look at all the pictures of Britney Spears snatch that are everywhere. They didn't need her signature for that.
