FAK how hard is it to keep the members to recur? a few years back my average member recurred at least 3 times :mad:

today they signup for a trial, cancel it after 40 mins, and charge back after 2 says.. i have learned no matter how many times i change my members area or how much content i put there it does not really depend on us but its just that today's porn surfer is just more aware about the cash he spends online and they just know that adult sites no matter what's nasty little fetish they are in too are a dime a dozen! they are just smarter..

Any ideas or thoughts on how to keep your members longer are welcome.

well maybe stop letting them signup with trials and only offer full memberships?

I loooove rebills, if they arnt rebilling, maybe you need to update how much you update, what you update, and up your game..

2 reasons:

1. like i said porn surfer is just more aware about the cash he spends online and most adult sites are a dime a dozen! if my site wont give him a trial he will find a smilar one that will so i lose even the few bucks from the trial signup and a possible rebill or even members area upsell.

2. Our long term analytics showed more yearly profit with offering trials on our sites .

I am under 1% on my pay site with CB's. right now it would be 1 for every 600+ members. Make it more personal

FTV Girls recurs well for me and so does BangBros. I love BangBros recurring with PPS sprinkled on top.

well 30% of all signups stay with us to rebill for a good period of time but still i think there have to be more ways to pull those other 70% in or at least a good part of them

There's your answer. Offer the surfer something that he/she can't get anywhere else, and you'll build up a large bunch of recurring members. :thumbsup

If it's a generic site, you're going to have trouble rebilling. You have to offer them something they can't get anywhere. Simply throwing up some new content that is the same as everyone elses won't do it. It needs to be unique.
