anyone one own commerical property? strp malls to be exact?
need some advice on how to charge the tenant.
im thinking 1.45 per/sq ft + triple net.. also, all i have done is a shell, there are no walls or anything inside the building. that is why i am offering the tenant $15 per/ sq ft to finish out the unit to their needs. any ideas or other options on wat todo? thanks |

DH owns a bit of commercial property. Not sure about a strip mall specifically but he may be a decent person to run this by. :2 cents:

1.45 triple net would be good
thats what I rent office space out for. go for a long lease, makes the property worth more and gives you more borrowing power if you ever need it. |
try asking on Fatwallet/Flyertalk. thats where the real ballers hang
