Elderly Woman Is Found Covered In Red Ants And Feces
 

83-year-old Lillian Smith was found covered in red ants and feces in an abandoned trailer with no running water, bathroom or electricity.

Sherrill "Bubba" Smith, 49, shared the trailer with his mother and was charged with elderly abuse, although she died of natural causes.

According to a police report, newspapers had been stuffed in her anus to stop her feces from soiling the bed. She also had a fractured leg that had not been treated.

My mother use to work in a nursing home, and I use to go there and visit some. Truely amazing. They don't always get cleaned, they dont always get out of bed, when they need something they hardly ever get it. Most of them are out of the mind, so they don't know any better.

Oh, and when the state comes in to check to see if everything is fine, they drug the patients so they will just sleep and shut up.

If you want a real good nursing home with nurses that actually care, you will pay tons. Go with Home Health Care, that is good service.

It is sad the way our elderly are treated.
