Fucking sick of this - You all know Jim and I have not been the best of buddies, but a few months ago he hit me up with a sob story and asked for a loan of $150 - something about his daughter.

So, like the soft twat I am I lent it to him - I didn't have it in Epass at the time so I put myself out, came on here and asked for someone to do a pay pal trans. After some fucking around I got it for him..... took a few hours of my time.

He paid $30 about a month later - then ignores my ICQs -

I moved house which cost a fortune and 2 months later I am homeless again because of the flooding here...... I am in shit. I need every cent I can get.

He says he is too ill to pay the money - but he isn't to ill to start drama on here.... use that time to earn some money so I can pay bills Jim!

That's why I haven't been here - I am trying to earn money to get me out of the shit - The money you owe me is my broad band bill.

Well, it's certainly no excuse, but he has been diagnosed with cancer since then... and has ungodly hospital bills.
As I said, it's no excuse... but I'm guessing that any amount of outting or owning at this point won't get the money back any quicker.

I have helped Jim out with money also and he has offered to send me money here and there but i told him to chill and just give me a big chunk here and there

I dont know what happened between you two but he didnt dissapear or anything on me and we talk all the time.

For ages I asked him casually if he could send it - he couldn't - and that was ok - but things turned shitty here (nightmare to be honest), as I explained above.

I put myself out as he said he had a problem - I am not asking for a loan from him , but he doesn't seem to want to put himself out for me.

On the several occasions when I've decided to send someone cash to help them out to get through whatever situation they were in at the time I've pretty much done so with the knowledge that I'm giving it away and will never see it again. Even those who vowed "I'll pay you back" have never done so, and I've never pursued it with any of them.

But due to the fact that so many donation-seekers in recent years have later been exposed as less than legitimate, I have refrained from offering further donations or cash gifts of that sort. I still donate to causes thouugh, like Homegrown's fight against Acacia, the Red cross relief fund for 9/11 and the NO flood, etc. No more handouts though.

Damian, send jim your physical mailing address and let him send you a cheque and be done with it.

Jim why not send a third trusted party the money, third party can ePass it to D? He did it for you, there's really no reason you can't do the same. Somebody gives you a loan during a difficult time, or any time, any decent man would go out of their way to not only pay him back but also show appreciation for his generosity.

A. a brain to think of something like this and
B. someone that trusted him to loan/send the money.

Damian is full of shit. My bank stopped funding Epass and I expected to be able to solve that issue. I was wrong. I needed some in Epass and Damian spotted me. As soon as I found out I was screwed on the epass thing I asked him for an addy to send the $ to settle up and I he never got back to me on THAT issue.

It had nothing to do with checks or poverty or crack or spending it all on tranny hookers.
