I think I saw it as "military stencil" once. Some fonts go by different names though, could be army stencil etc.

A basic search in Yahoo for the search term "Free fonts" revealed the following......

<a href="http://www.1001freefonts.com/" TARGET="_blank">1001 free fonts</a> -- #1 result.

i know of 1001 free fonts...but its impossible to search for a font there...and it takes a couple of hours to look through the whole collection...
