Hello i want to make everything clear with GFY user Kandah and say Sorry dude".
Here the story.
long time ago Kandah have bought from us www.redsexystudio.com some content and my partner GFY user RSS sold him that content (during that time i was not working with RSS, so I had no full information about those deal) and couple month ago i saw a thread created by Kandah saying that he is selling content and he has a good deal. I saw pic sets shot by my partner and gave him a call to find out does this guy who are selling our content have a re-sell right's to do that. My partner told me that Kandah have bought from us long time ago some content but without re-sell rights. And i made such post in the Kandah thread. Than you see what happend in this thread. Later on Kandah get in touch with my partner and they find out that Kandah have bought from us exclusive custom content but not for the paysite, for his content store. And my partner called me and told me that he was wrong because Kandah bought from us exclusive custom content. So Kandah start thread about me and ask for apologise.

and it appears as if you are saying that the record keeping at your company is so bad that you believed kandah had bought "some content but without re-sell rights" when he had in fact aquired all rights and privilages to the content

What is worse actually looking at the records you had, instead of contacting him privately you decided that you would cost him thousands of dollars of damage by making an unsubstantiated claim he was doing something wrong.

The question i have for you

is this what people can expect from you and your partner if they are stupid enough to buy from you.

I dont think he cares at all about any damage he did and this thread was made only because I applied a lot of pressure in private conversations. He is basically just doing some damage control and is not really upset or sorry about the whole deal at all.

instead of contacting him privately to clarify, instead of looking at your own records you decided to publically chastise him without any proof whatsoever.

Is this the type of problems your customer can expect if they buy content from you
